Description

The sales support person puts together quotes from various sources in the company using software designed for the quoting process. They work together with mechanical and electrical to design the proper quote.

Requirements

2.0 Duties and Responsibilities

• Using autocad to help design quote


• Using word, excel and other software systems


• Communicating with team members


• Assisting sales support team with various job


• Perform other duties assigned by sales support manager

6.0 Performance Measurements

The performance of the employee will be measured as follows:

System Level Procedures - Meet or exceed the System Level Procedures in the areas of quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction and productivity. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the supervisor who will communicate them to the employee.
