Job description

Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Supervisor

Overview: The Customer Service / Sales Support Supervisor leads Account Coordinators who serve as the primary contact for sales agents handling client products, orders, and business portfolios. The Supervisor acts as an escalation point to ensure all customer needs are met while coordinating with suppliers, customers, employees, and sales teams.

Location & Work Arrangement: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leader in the custom packaging industry, fostering a collaborative culture. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the point of contact for the branch Account Coordinator team, assisting with inquiries and escalations
  • Develop and support backup plans for account coordination within the branch
  • Oversee orders from initiation to payment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Escalate personnel concerns to the Regional Office Manager
  • Assist in onboarding new office staff
  • Support the implementation of new corporate or divisional initiatives
  • Lead Epicor training and act as liaison for the branch
  • Manage office bills and allocate warehouse/facility billings
  • Report hours for hourly employees to payroll
  • Assist with standard and ad hoc management reports
  • Hold regular team meetings to promote performance
  • Manage team building budgets
  • Support sales agents and perform all standard Account Coordinator duties
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a corporate sales and service environment preferred
  • ERP system experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual collaboration tools required
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
