Overview: The Customer Service / Sales Support Supervisor leads Account Coordinators who serve as the primary contact for sales agents handling client products, orders, and business portfolios. The Supervisor acts as an escalation point to ensure all customer needs are met while coordinating with suppliers, customers, employees, and sales teams.
