Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Sales Support Representative to generate new business and grow existing customer activity. You will handle orders from POs, manage the sales cycle, and support quoting and add-ons.

The role requires 1+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency. Base hourly pay ranges from $19.23–$24.04 with potential commissions and bonuses, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole.
• Excellent communication/phone skills is a must.
• Ability to prioritize and multi task is a must.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products is a must.

Responsibilities

• Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued PO's.
• Follow-up on orders to ensure delivery within customer expectations.
• Lead open order management to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
• Proactively resolve issues with customers and suppliers.
• Assist customers with returns, inquiries, and requests for information.
• Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with quoting and add-on opportunities like warranties or accessories.
