ePlus is seeking a Sales Support Representative in the United States to manage the sales cycle and support existing customers. You will place orders from POs, follow up on deliveries, and help with quotes while identifying upsell opportunities. A bachelor's degree is preferred and 1+ year of sales or customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued POs.
• Follow-up on orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Lead open order management to expedite deliveries and accuracy.
• Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
• Resolve issues with customers and suppliers proactively.
• Learn vendor programs to source products at advantageous prices.
• Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests.
• Develop strong relationships with sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with quoting and identify add-on opportunities (warranties, services, accessories).
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
