Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist I. This role supports Account Executives in the end-to-end management of sales orders and ensures seamless campaign execution across departments. Ideal candidates have a background in hospitality, marketing, or sales support, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
  • Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system Wide Orbit
  • Makegood any commercials that did not air into future weeks in Wide Orbit
  • Daily contact with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders
  • Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic as well as commercial separation
  • Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders deliver and bill in full
  • Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
  • Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues by generating paperwork and submitting billing discrepancies
  • Maintain client database and account list

Requirements:

  • Recent college graduates with relevant internships or part-time experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Background in hospitality, marketing, or customer service; experience in client-facing roles strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic filters, formulas, sorting, data entry, and simple analysis).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with a wide range of personalities and professional levels.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to proprietary systems and a fast-changing work environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others and contribute to a collaborative culture.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Compensation:

  • Up to $27.59/hr. (W2)
