Responsibilities

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group.
• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized customer service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions; use CRM and phone system.
