Roles and Responsibilities

The job duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Review service agreement documentation for clarity and communicate scope performed and associated repair needs noted.
  • Collaborate with MSS divisions to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales and other departments.
  • Serve as a resource for sales representatives, handling inquiries, requests, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Independently prepare sales reports, cost sheets, presentations, estimates, and proposals as needed by the sales team.
  • Submit proposals to customers for approval and track proposal status in Company Sales tracking software.
  • Interface effectively with the service department to ensure timely delivery of the deficiency and/or service repairs.
  • Autonomously contact parts suppliers to receive quotes for repair parts.
  • Report progress and metrics to management weekly and monthly.
  • Manage and organize proposal document folders in appropriate networks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain customer communications with Owners and Internal MSS Customers.
  • Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related experience preferred
  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, able to work individually with minimal direction
  • Capable to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Exemplary work ethic
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Superb problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office related products and CRM software
  • Must successfully pass a background check
