Job summary

Super Radiator Coils in Richmond, VA is seeking an entry-level inside sales/customer service professional to process and manage day-to-day customer functions, order entry, and communication to support the sales engineering team.

The role requires a 4‑year degree or relevant experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize your own workload, and use sound judgment.
• Willingness to run and review reports on a set schedule to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer sales orders in the ERP system accurately and on time, following order‑specific workflows.
• Process order changes in the ERP system and document them accurately and promptly.
• Monitor the case management dashboard and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Maintain customer accounts and related records in the ERP system so information stays accurate and current.
• Serve as a primary customer contact, communicating responsively and resolving problems effectively.
• Provide sales engineering, sales representatives, customers, and cross‑functional teams with accurate, timely order and shipment status.
• Provide coverage for other team members as needed.
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Description

This position is responsible for processing and managingday-to-daycustomerfunctions,suchasordermanagement , order entry, and customer communication in support of the sales engineering team. Additionally, this individual will be a backup for many key roles on the team.This is an entry level position with opportunities to assume greater r esponsibility.

Requirements
