Godshall Recruiting in Greer, SC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team. Starting salary is $21.50 per hour, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and clear communication across internal departments.

The role centers on maintaining quotes and sales records, supporting timely follow-up, and preparing reports that illuminate activity and opportunity status for stakeholders. You will update orders and customer data while assisting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 or more year of experience in administrative support, customer-facing support, sales operations, or a related business function.
• Previous experience in industrial, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or other operations-focused environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer quotes and sales activity within company systems.
• Monitor quotation activity and collaborate with team members to support timely follow-up and customer engagement.
• Prepare and distribute reports that provide visibility into sales activity and opportunity status.
• Update order details, shipment information, and customer records across various platforms and portals.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support daily business objectives.
• Partner with internal departments to help ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of customer requirements.
