We are looking forsomeone tofill the pivotal roleof Sales Support Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving objectives. This multifaceted role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with various sales-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and any other applicable communicationmethods.
• Support the sales manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, anddeliverables.Prior knowledge ofQuickBooks platform preferred.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up onsales inquiries andsupport salespersonnel.
• Maintainand updateaccurate records of customer interactions,regulatory data,sales activities,prices,and other relevant information in our CRM(SalesForce)

• Direct knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), FDA regulations, and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
