Job summary

Wes Hou in Deer Park, TX is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide essential support to the sales team, handling quotes, contracts, and customer communications. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime; travel is minimal though some travel may be required.

Qualifications

6 months of Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Sales Support experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
High school diploma required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent office software.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes, contracts and REP/RFI responses for potential customers.
Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications and develop presentations for potential customers.
Support Inside Sales with sales presentations and product information.
Stay up-to-date on company activities, industry trends and regulations.
