James Martin Vanities is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales associates in meeting customer needs by identifying the best products and solutions.
  • Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
  • Respond to sales calls, provide general information, and address customer concerns or questions.
  • Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Understand and utilize customer portals and tools to streamline inventory and product discontinuation processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and ensure a positive shopping experience by resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate projects related to product launches, website updates, and promotional events.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files.
Qualifications
  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including upselling abilities.
  • Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92 per hour or monthly salary, depending on role. The ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for others. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. Wages may vary based on location and regulations.
