Job summary

Ferguson in Lawrenceville, NJ is seeking hands-on Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. The role supports Sales associates, coordinates deliveries, and delivers timely quotations while using a CRM and phone system.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer service, knowledge of plumbing/HVAC is a plus, and a proactive, fast-paced mindset with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm with a rotating Saturday shift 10:00am to 5:00pm. An alternate weekday off will be provided when a Saturday shift is scheduled.

Pay Range

$21.51 - $34.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
