Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to assist customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Location flexibility allows Twin Falls or Nampa as needed. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with pay starting at $25.00 per hour and potential increases based on experience. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years in sales or customer service, experience with industrial products, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in Industrial products is required
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upselling
• Ability to react quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office

• Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders to deliver personalized customer service
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer questions

Location flexibility is available for this role, with the position based in either Twin Falls or Nampa area based on business needs and candidate location.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in Industrial products is required
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range

$17.77 - $28.42

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
