Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales by supplying quotes, pricing and stock, entering orders/reserves by working tickets and answering incoming phone calls.
• Attend two mandatory, nationally hosted sales meetings per year (typically in February & August).
• Assist at the national sales meeting line showings, handing out materials and aiding zone meetings.
• Answer incoming calls from reps and transferred customers to assist with requests (orders, reserves, memos, price, stock, inquiries, quotes).
• Process memo orders, maintenance orders, file claims, perform mill checks, process CFA’s, check and approve pricing, image FR certificates, etc.
• Assist specialty customers assigned by manager to process orders and respond to their emails.
• Be familiarized with selling products and the appropriate teams.
• Correspond with customers and OSRs who email directly.
• Make sample kits for sales reps as requested by OSR or management.
• Process outside sales memos in CRM system.
• Assist other employees with special projects as needed.

• Attend two mandatory, nationally hosted sales meetings per year (typically, in February & August). During these meetings, one Sales Support Representative rotates responsibility for working in the office.
• Assist at the national sales meeting line showings (standing and folding), handing out story of the lines, distributing reports and materials needed in the zone meetings during this time.
• Answering incoming calls from reps and transferred customers from Customer Service to assist with requests, such as orders, reserves, memos, price, stock, mill inquiries, claims, lookups, quotes, and more.
• Work ticket system submitted to department by processing memo orders, maintenance orders, file claims, perform mill checks, process CFA’s, check and approve pricing, image FR certificates, etc.
• Assist specialty customers assigned by manager to process orders and respond directly to their emails.
