As our primary connection to our Infusion Therapy Customers that rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our products and services.Youwill be responsible for fostering connectionsbetweenBaxter teams todrive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners inform priorities and ensure customer needs are being met.

What you'llbe doing

• Sales Support toinclude various activities including but not limited to training, on site customers support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, general supportof customer
• Tradeshow aswell as Pump Fairs
• Assistwith customer training needs
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates
• Support team on marketing andany cross functional field sales support needsspecific to Infusion Therapies and Technologies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum2+ years of experiencein field salesor field salessupport role inthe medical device field.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong understanding of common computer software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau,and SalesForceCRM preferred.
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven success working within large multifaceted teams

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $48,000 to $66,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
