Job summary

Capital Electric in Baltimore is seeking a skilled individual to join as a Project Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing job assignments for Estimators, preparing project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project team.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills, being customer-service oriented and reliable. The role offers a salary of $20 – $25 per hour and various employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators and maintain a calendar for job assignments.
• Close out jobs in Eclipse and manage project files.
• Collaborate on out-of-territory quotes with other Bid Coordinators.
• Field phone calls from general contractors and customers.
• Print and prepare submittals and operation manuals.
• Assist Project Managers with various duties.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators and keep a calendar of how many jobs each Estimator has for each day
• Close out all jobs in Eclipse and file
• Collaborate with other Bid Coordinators for ‘out of territory’ quotes
• Ensure effective communication throughout the project team regarding upcoming bids
• Field phone calls from general contractors, customers, and outside sales reps
• Maintain open and closed filing of project files
• Manage the Commercial Projects email inbox
• Print and help put together submittals and operation and maintenance manuals
• Print copies of jobs already assigned and add customer to the bid list in Eclipse to give Estimators contact information to quote
• Assist Project Managers in various duties
• Distribute and maintain bid sheets
• Enter jobs into the appropriate tracking system

Minimum Qualifications
