Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, seeks a Branch Administrative Assistant to support multiple branch and department locations in the Capital Electric market. You will work in the Eclipse Operating System to process invoices, payments, and related transactions to ensure accurate, timely accounting across the network.

• Experience working with Accounts Payable is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel).
• Experience in Eclipse Operating System is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Customer service oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Bill direct and lot job orders
• Bill freight on stock orders through Freight Audit Report
• Enter customer payments for Inside Sales & Industrial Team
• Generate emergency purchase orders - EPO
• Input shipment correction claims
• Issue credit to resolve accounts receivable disputes as approved by local management
• Manage returns - customer credits, including negative purchase order returns to vendor
• Monitor hold orders due to credit limits
• Review unapproved payables for both stock and direct order, may include lot jobs
• Support sales writers and Branch Managers with Eclipse transactions
• Support for Energy Solutions group on reconciling Recycling process

Summary:

A Branch Administrative Assistant works in the Eclipse Operating System to support several branch and department locations in the Capital Electric market; addressing reports daily so that accurate and timely customer and vendors invoices are processed.

Responsibilities:

• Bill direct and lot job orders
