Job summary

Victra is seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to every guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most. You will be the face of Victra, joining a team that values performance, collaboration, and integrity.

This role supports a fast-paced store environment with a flexible schedule, 8 to 25 hours per week, and opportunities for advancement. Paid training and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product and service recommendations.

What You Will be Doing

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week.

This position starts at $12.00.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
