Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer, seeks Sales Support Representatives in Hiawassee, GA. You’ll assist the sales team, manage guest interactions, merchandise, and operational tasks while delivering outstanding service.

Role involves a flexible schedule (8–25 hours/week) with paid training and benefits. Prior customer service in retail is preferred; must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.

What You Will be Doing

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week.

This position starts at $12.00.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
