Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer, seeks a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in Grass Valley. You will assist the sales team, share product knowledge, and help create an outstanding in-store experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service in retail, ability to work evenings and weekends, and being at least 18. We offer paid training, discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

What You Will be Doing..

As a part-time Victra Sales Support Representative, you'll have the chance to shape your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience.

You will: Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods. Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions. Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience. Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $18.90. We provide paid training and a supportive onboarding experience to set you up for success from day one.
