Job summary

Victra is seeking Part-time Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with the right technology solutions.

The role emphasizes merchandising, store cleanliness, and creating a positive, memorable guest experience during busy periods. Candidates should have 1+ year of customer service, be 18+, and legally able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team with account reviews, merchandising, and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations to guests.

This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
