Candor Industrial Supply, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Support team member to help keep the branch running smoothly. This entry-level role collaborates with sales and operations to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and clear communication with customers.

This is a 15–25 hours/week position offering an excellent entry point into the industrial distribution world with clear opportunities to grow into Branch Operations Manager, Account Specialist, and more as the company expands.

• Comfort juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused.
• A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages typically ranging from 10–50 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, but not required).
• Experience in warehouse operations, customer service, or sales (a plus, but not required).

Responsabilidades

• Receive, pick, and pack customer orders for delivery
• Deliver products to customers using a Candor company vehicle
• Ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
• Maintain warehouse organization, assist with inventory counts, and support general warehouse operations
• Assist customers with questions, product information, and basic troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Build product knowledge across our industrial supply categories to better support customers and the sales team

What You’ll Do

• Receive, pick, and pack customer orders for delivery
