Superior Beverage Group in Ohio is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist Account Managers and Delivery Drivers, build displays, and manage shelf pricing. The role is fast-paced and physical, requiring standing, lifting, and moving cases weighing up to 35 lbs.

You will coordinate with retailers, execute merchandising plans, and resolve inquiries promptly while maintaining a positive company image and ensuring accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of customer service standards.
• Use of basic hand tools and equipment such as a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising plans.
• Builds displays, places POS, rotates products, and ensures proper pricing.
• Maintains relationships with retailers to promote a positive company image.
• Resolves inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures shelf space and product rotation follow company standards.
