Job summary

T&A Supply Company in Kent, WA is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role reports to the Sales Support Manager and supports marketing, sales, and showroom activities across all companies. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Business, Marketing, and Graphic Design or related preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in a sales support or administrative support position preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales support, marketing, and website email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of requests.
• Manage internal SharePoint sites for sales staff, including keeping files organized and up to date with latest versions.
• Oversee ordering process and inventory maintenance of swag and promotional items for all companies.
• Write and process marketing orders, showroom and model home orders, marketing purchase orders, and vendor RPOs.
• Assist in promotional efforts, sales tracking, and reporting initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
