Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to support Commercial Sales, manage new account setup, and ensure accurate data entry for billing and lab systems.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with Monday–Friday hours. MS Office and database proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of technical, billing, or customer support experience

Responsibilities

• Acts as support for Commercial Sales Representatives; submits and monitors progress of incoming requests associated with both existing and new business.
• Obtain any missing information required to complete the entry of data for the start-up of new accounts including demographic information, pricing, credit history, connectivity requests, supply orders, custom profiles, client reflex requests, agreements, custom requisitions, and phlebotomy services.
• QC entry into lab and billing system for all new accounts.
• Create & maintain client files for audit purposes
• Monitor approval turnaround time for new client start-up process, communicate status to commercial sales representatives.
• Facilitate and process demographic, pricing, connectivity requests and billing adjustments for existing customers.
• Assist Customer Solutions Specialist in the process of new account setup and onboarding.

Sales Support Coordinator - Marlborough, MA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay range: $23.48 - $35.23 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Facilitate smooth client set up process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Support field sales; designed to increase the field representatives' client interactions

• Monitor approval turnaround time for new client start-up process, request any additional data required to obtain approval and communicate status tocommercial sales representatives.
• Facilitate and process demographic, pricing, connectivity requests and billing adjustments for existing customers submitted by Commercial Sales to increase the productivity of the commercial sales representatives.
• Assist Customer Solutions Specialist in the process of newaccount setup and onboarding.
