Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, IL, is seeking a Sales Support Consultant to join the Equipment Management Support team within Cat Solutions & Services.

You will develop maintenance and repair strategies, analyze fleet data, and support contract execution activities to improve customer outcomes and fleet value. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, experience with Caterpillar service systems and tools, and strong relationships across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Support Consultant to join the Equipment Management Support team within Cat Solutions & Services (CS&S). In this role, you will leverage your expertise in developing maintenance and repair strategies, performing maintenance strategy reviews, site assessments and providing subject matter expertise to Caterpillar and Dealer Field personnel across Mining, Quarrying and Waste Industries. You will work closely with commercial, operations, and dealer teams to develop maintenance and repair strategies, build equipment operational models, to support contract execution t activities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve customer outcomes, fleet performance, and equipment lifecycle value.

What You Will Do

Additional Information

Summary Pay Range

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
