Job summary

Coach in Las Vegas is seeking a personable retail teammate to welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, and uphold luxury service standards. You will operate POS, manage stock, and support store presentation to reflect the brand.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, fashion trend awareness, strong English, and excellent communication. You will join a diverse team and contribute to a premium customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, luxury preferred or considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information when permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment; education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet; ability to use a walkie‑talkie and read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Schedule

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days such as public holidays.

Physical requirement: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Base Pay Range

$15.00–$19.50
