Job description

OncoHealth is a leading digital health company dedicated to helping health plans, employers, providers, and patients navigate the physical, mental, and financial complexities of cancer through technology enabled services. Supporting more than 14 million people in the US and Puerto Rico, OncoHealth offers digital solutions for treatment review and virtual care across all cancer types.

About the Role

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for supporting the growth organization across both administrative and commercial functions — managing calendars, travel, and expenses for sales leadership while maintaining the CRM, coordinating proposals, and driving the day-to-day operating rhythm of the sales team. This role also carries external-facing responsibility, corresponding directly with health plans, brokers, consultants, and other business partners to schedule meetings, manage conference logistics, and handle routine inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage the day-to-day operations of the SVP of Growth and assigned sales leaders
  • Own complex, multi–time zone calendar management, including prospect meetings, internal reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Sales Operations: Maintain HubSpot CRM as the system of record for the sales organization
  • Create and maintain contacts, companies, deals, and tasks; enforce data hygiene and stage discipline across the pipeline
  • Track and report key metrics in CRM system, including weekly pipeline, activity, and forecast reporting for sales leadership
  • Client Facing: Represent OncoHealth in direct correspondence with prospects, clients, and business partners
  • Serve as a professional key contact for prospects, clients, brokers, consultants, and channel partners — scheduling, confirming logistics, and answering routine questions
  • Assist in planning and execution for company events including conferences, social events, managing booth logistics, and staff schedules
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or other similar background or relevant experience required.
  • 2-4 years supporting a sales, business development, or executive team, preferably relative to healthcare, health plans, benefits, or digital health, with demonstrated ownership of calendar, travel, and expense workflows for senior leaders alongside commercial responsibilities.
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience strongly preferred, including deals and pipelines, sequences, lists, workflows, and reporting. Comparable CRM experience with a clear willingness to master HubSpot will be considered

Exceptional organization and follow-through across many moving parts.

Confident, polished written and verbal communication with external stakeholders. Discretion with confidential information.

Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Willing to Travel up to 15%
