Job description

As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing real-time support to our business sales teams. You’ll provide solutions by using a variety of contact mediums. To succeed in this role, you must exhibit strong attention to detail, the ability to easily navigate multiple systems and applications, strong problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure sales teams and business clients are supported appropriately through pre- and post-sale support
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Communicate professionally in both verbal and written formats
• Work cross-functionally with corporate, field and external partners
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year or more of retail or customer service experience
• Have the availability to work evenings until 6:30pm CT.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience communicating and partnering with vendors/3rd party
• 1 year or more of experience working cross-functionally between a Retail & Corporate structure
• 1 year or more of BBYB system knowledge (Symphony, Comergent, etc)
• 2 years or more of retail or customer service experience
