California Closets is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to help the sales team by handling local marketing, CRM-based lead management, and the preparation of sales documents to ensure a smooth brand experience for clients.

The role involves answering calls and emails to the scheduling office or showrooms, keeping showroom hours current on the website and social channels, updating consultant bios, and producing weekly reports on rescheduled consults and open jobs.

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Assistant is to assist the sales team as it pertains to providing an exceptional Brand Experience. This includes responsibilities with local social media, the development of sales performance reporting, administration of local marketing events, and the processing of sales documents.

Job Highlights:

Our showrooms are located between Cross Keys Village, Lithium, and Annapolis. The schedule for this position is between Monday - Saturday mixed shifts between the hours of 10am -6pm. The pay for this position is between $23/hr based on experience.
