Hireology is seeking a Sales Support Representative and Inside Compact Salesman in Murfreesboro, TN. The role supports inside sales, quotes, and coordination with rental and service teams, with daily bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

You will handle customer interactions, inventory planning, and coordination with manufacturers and the rental manager to close deals and maintain stock levels. Office-based with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Sales support: Assist requests from the outside sales team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Quotes: Generate quotes, gather costs from manufacturers, list specs, ensure margins, freight, PDI and warranty costs are included.
• Digital marketing: Plan geo-targeted marketing for sales, rental, parts and service in English and Spanish.
• Marketing calls: Answer incoming marketing calls, route to salesman or handle if not an established account.
• Customers: Assist customers in person, by phone and email in English and Spanish; translate as needed.
• Rental: Assist Spanish-speaking customers with the Rental Manager.
• Inventory: Assist with machine and attachment inventory for rental fleet and new sales stock.
• Manufacturers: Support OEM-related activities including product knowledge, costs, lead times, and registrations.
• Orders and invoicing: Review machine sales before invoicing; assist with purchase orders.
• Reports: Prepare monthly sales, inventory and manufacturer reports.
• Product support: Coordinate with product support to open/complete service jobs on sales stock.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with all departments with a focus on Sales.

Sales Support Representative and Inside Compact Salesman

We are hiring a Sales Support Representative and Inside Compact Salesman. The job is to support and assist with inside sales, and to sell mini machines 7 tons and below, compact track loaders and attachments that are not going to established accounts.

This is a bilingual position. You will work with customers, vendors and our own team in English and Spanish, every day. The ideal candidate will work with rental and sales to round out all of our deals as needed.

Responsibilities

Sales support: Assisting with requests from the outside sales team in a timely and accurate manner.

Quotes: Helping generate quotes, including gathering costs from manufacturers, listing the specs, and making sure margin, freight, PDI and warranty costs are included.

Digital marketing: Working with the Vice President and the Corporate office to plan geo-targeted digital marketing for sales, rental, parts and service as needed, in English and Spanish.

Marketing calls: Receiving all calls that come in from the marketing effort, and either passing them along to the salesman for established accounts or working them directly when the caller is not an established account.

Customers: Assisting customers in person, by phone and by email in English and Spanish. This includes taking walk-in customers on the equipment yard to see and operate equipment, and translating for the sales and product support teams when needed.

Rental: Working with the Rental Manager to assist all Spanish-speaking customers. Inventory: Helping with machine and attachment inventory for the rental fleet and new sales stock. This includes inventory questions, ordering machines, receiving and setting up machines, system updates, and keeping the right amount and mix on hand and on order.

Manufacturers: Assisting with assigned original equipment manufacturers, including product knowledge, specifications, cost updates, lead times, stocking programs, finance and lease programs, training, warranty, registrations and credit submissions.

Orders and invoicing: Helping review machine sales before invoicing to make sure costs are accurate and orders are complete, and assisting with issuing and receiving purchase orders.

Reports: Helping with monthly sales, inventory and manufacturer reports.

Product support: Working with the product support department so the needed service jobs are opened and completed on sales stock and retail equipment, with clear notes for the service department.

Teamwork: Collaborating with all departments, with a focus on Sales.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish: must speak, read and write both fluently (required)
