Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Furnishes sales assistance by responding to customers' questions on product lines, incentive applications, and energy issues.
• Provides analytic, computer-based support for sales databases to reps.
• Prepares rate analyses, contracts, proposals and sales presentations.
• Responds to customer and third-party requests for billing histories.
• Monitors and provides reports on call handling performance.
• Provides outbound sales follow-up.
• Liaises with the Xcel Marketing fulfillment function.
• Supports achievement of sales, customer satisfaction, and service goals by organizing data.
