ABB invites interns to gain practical experience by supporting operations, developing SOPs, and creating Power BI reports to track key metrics. The role is onsite/hybrid in Fort Smith, AR, and requires enrollment in a U.S.-based degree program with the ability to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams, identifying client solutions, and assisting in data-driven decision making while gaining professional exposure and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams to support ABB's operations and ensure timely project completion.
• Leverage customer insights and ABB offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Seek feedback from manager and team members to improve performance.
• Assist in development, documentation, and SOP standardization for sales support processes.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
