Job summary

You will develop a solid understanding of budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration while applying brand guidelines and using internal tools to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree‑seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment‑based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs, and related activities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data and information from Medical Education programs to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.
• Develop an understanding of the Medical Education strategy, business priorities, budgeting process, and how these elements support program planning and execution.
• Build knowledge of customer profiles, including why and how we engage with customers to support business and educational objectives.
• Learn key training and Medical Education workstreams and contribute to cross‑functional coordination across internal teams.
• Support efforts to capture and apply customer feedback, helping the team understand customer needs and improve the Medical Education experience.
