Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to empower our Sales Associates and coordinate with internal stakeholders. You will help prepare competitive proposals, manage customer contracts, and analyze price changes for reference laboratory services, enabling our sales team to succeed.

You will reconcile account performance, support deal reviews, and create sales reports while liaising across marketing, transportation, and accounting to improve service delivery.

Formación

• BA Degree/Certificate or equivalent experience and 3-5+ years in Sales or Sales Support.
• Veterinary sales experience is preferred.
• Advanced communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proposal shaping with the Sales team to create competitive proposals.
• Account management including contracts, price changes, and credits.
• Research and reconciliation of contract performance for accounts.
• Deal review presentations to Sales Leadership daily.
• Create reports tracking sales performance against targets.
• Interface between customers and products, pricing, delivery, and availability.
• Coordinate with marketing for product offering strategy.
• Act as liaison among customers and internal departments.

Educación

The Target Pay Range for this position is $90,000 - $101,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

Job Purpose/Overview

As an Antech Sales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our Sales Associates and collaborating with internal business and functional leaders to make sure that our Sales Associates have everything they need to succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proposal Shaping: You will interact daily with Antech’s Sales team to create a competitive sales proposal for our Territory Managers, other Sales Associates & Antech clients.
• Account Management: You will participate in the overall account management for Antech customers by managing their contracts, analyzing and processing price changes for reference laboratory services, and any calculating credits owed.
• Research: You will participate in the reconciliation process of our customers’ contract performance and provide account information to our Sales Associates. You will support Corporate Accounts with the Research & Reconciliation process.
• Deal Review: You will present your finalized sales proposals to Antech Sales Leadership daily during a review of deals.
• Other Duties as needed: Creating reports that track sales performance against targets
• Serving as an interface between customers and the company’s products or services by answering questions about pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Coordinating with marketing departments to determine which products should be offered where, when, and how/to whom
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and other departments within the company, such as transportation or accounting
• Processing orders, assisting customers with purchase decisions, and providing after sale support for sales associates
• Recommending changes to policies and procedures based on associate or customer feedback or industry trends

Education and Experience Preferred

• BA Degree/Certificate or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of Sales or Sale Support experience Veterinary Sales Experience preferred
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced Communication Skills Customer service skills Problem-solving skills Organizational skills
• Technology Skills and ability to learn new software quickly; SFDC experience required; BI analytics experience preferred Sales Support Analyst

Work Environment

Sales support analysts work in a fast-paced environment where they are constantly interacting with stakeholders, sales associates, sales leaders, and other members of the sales team. They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure. Work regular business hours, but they may occasionally have to work overtime to meet deadlines or to support other time zones. The job can be stressful at times, but most sales support analysts find it to be exciting and challenging.

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate may need to use a copy machine, fax machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
