Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator to support Account Managers and Producers servicing commercial clients. This full-time, onsite role requires 1+ year of commercial lines insurance experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with AMS systems such as Applied Epic.

NJ P&C license is not required. You will assist with renewals, issue Certificates of Insurance, process endorsements, request loss runs, support policy

Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator / Sales Support:

Full-Time | 100% Onsite

Established independent insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator to support Account Managers and Producers servicing commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial policy renewals and new accounts
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and process endorsements
• Request loss runs and renewal information
• Assist with policy audits and billing
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
• Maintain client files and agency management system
• Assist with premium reconciliations and account servicing

Requirements

• 1+ year of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Agency or carrier experience preferred
• Experience supporting commercial accounts
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Applied Epic or other AMS experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency

NJ P&C license is NOT required.
