Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creation of Customer-Specific Documents: responsible for creation and maintenance of customer-specific order forms and supporting materials for bi-monthly activities, new products, promotions, sampling and account priorities.
• Distribution of Specific Customer Documents: provide KAMs with accurate sales support materials and communications on timelines to support selling and execution.
• Consolidation of internal forecasts: lead consolidation of forecasts from sales directors; align with NPD on timelines for planning.
• Plan & Execute sampling campaigns: identify sampling needs, forecast, coordinate with demand planning and shipping for launches.
• Secure pricing approvals: initiate pricing requests per CSDA; provide documentation for leadership review and system setup.
• Monitor Customer Sell-In: review promotions vs commitments and coordinate action plans with account managers.
• Sales Analysis: create ad-hoc sales reports via Sales BI platform
