Champion Brands, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an On Premise Sales Assistant to support Account Managers in bars and restaurants.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist On Premise Account Managers with duties across assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with bars and restaurants selling alcoholic beverages.
• Manage inventory behind bars and POS marketing items per federal requirements.
• Visit designated accounts regularly in uniform to grow the business.
• Maintain account information in the VIP system.
• Ensure pricing, cleanliness, and displays are up to standard.

Position Snapshot

An On Premise Sales Assistant is commonly expected to assist the On-Premise Account Managers with various duties in accounts related to maintaining the relationship with our customer. In the On Premise Sales Assistant position you will be working with accounts that are selling alcoholic beverages intended to be consumed on site (bars, restaurants, etc.).

• Demonstrate creativity in building new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and show concerns for all aspects of the position and accurately check processes and tasks.
• Manage inventory behind bars and point of sale marketing items per federal recordkeeping requirements.
• Manage pricing, cleaning and organizing spaces, selling and building displays, promotional events and maintaining all account information in the VIP system.
• Consistently visit all accounts designated by route and arrive in uniform, ready to assist in building our business. Be presentable, professional and engaged with our customers.
• Maintain a high level of energy and commitment, using available resources to manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus.
• Manage and maintain company equipment and resources to reduce unnecessary spending and damaged or lost assets.

Qualifications

Requirements and Education:

• Physical: Ability to repetitively lift 20-45 lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree is preferred.
• 1-2 Years Sales Experience preferred.
• Valid FL Driver’s License
• Reliable automobile transportation
• Maintain automobile driving privileges and insurability.

Note: As part of the requirement for the job, all positions driving a personal vehicle for work must carry collision and comprehensive coverage at the following minimum coverages. Additionally, Champion Brands must be listed as an “Additional Interested Party” on the policy.
