Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Tysons Galleria location to lead the sales floor, drive performance, and deliver an elevated client experience through styling expertise.

You will develop client relationships, coach colleagues, and ensure store standards while open/close duties and POS operations are performed at the Tysons Galleria store in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
