Summary

Part-time Sales Associate and brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise to elevate the client experience and drive sales. Represent the brand from welcome to close, develop and maintain client relationships, and work to meet store goals and personal KPIs. Support store operations, visual merchandising, and team training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals and individual KPI targets.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients and maintain customer correspondence.
• Follow established sales techniques and service standards and develop strong product and brand knowledge.
• Perform opening and closing duties, assist with inventory and special projects, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with store management and peers and support company initiatives and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
