Mercor is hiring experienced First-Line Sales Supervisors to partner with top AI labs on projects that help train next-generation AI systems.

As an independent contractor, you’ll bring your sales team leadership experience to help develop realistic sales operations scenarios, coaching prompts, and performance workflows that improve AI understanding of sales team dynamics.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience supervising non-retail sales teams (e.g., inside sales, outbound B2B sales, telesales, or account management)
• Proven ability to assign sales targets, monitor performance, coach representatives, and manage daily team operations
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales dashboards, lead management tools, and KPI tracking (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Experience coordinating training sessions, performance reviews, and sales incentive programs
• Strong knowledge of sales scripts, objection handling, pipeline management, and quota enforcement

What You’ll Do:

• Design realistic sales team scenarios — e.g., handling underperformance, running a pipeline review, coaching through difficult calls
• Create prompts simulating team huddles, performance feedback, territory adjustments, or workflow escalations
• Help AI researchers understand the language, documents, and decision-making used in non-retail sales supervision
• Review AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world sales team management and sales process integrity
