Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to support the store management in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead a team, assist in training, and coordinate activities with the store leadership to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 2-3 years retail experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.
