Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the management team in Florida. You will lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to hit targets while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards, merchandising, and operations.

With 2–3 years of retail experience, you bring strong organizational and communication skills and the flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.
