Mister Car Wash, Inc. invites you to enroll in the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Bay City, MI. This 16-week training path builds hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities that pave the way to an Assistant General Manager role within Mister Car Wash.

You will work closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and grow your leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, people-first culture.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
• Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
