Mister Car Wash is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Houston. This 16-week pathway is designed to develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, under the guidance of an experienced General Manager, with a clear path toward an Assistant General Manager role.
