Job summary

Chicago Baking Company is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor for the Aurora/Naperville, IL area. You will lead and grow customer relationships while overseeing sales routes and the local management team.

The role requires 5+ years in CPG/DSD management, a BS/BA in Business or related field, and strong MS Office and relationship skills to drive growth and efficiency.
