UWM invites college students to join the 2027 Sales Summer Internship Program in Pontiac, MI. You’ll work 40 hours per week in a hands-on, immersive setting with the Sales Team and Sales Training group to learn mortgage sales, client relationships, and training development.

Interns shadow experienced professionals, gain real-world sales experience, and contribute to materials, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives, all while exploring career growth in a market-leading lender.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2027 or 2028 (current junior/senior status).
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours a week, on-site in Pontiac, MI from May 17 to August 6.
• Openness to learning and ability to be coached in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers and clients.
• Learn and use UWM’s EASE system, programs, products, guidelines and processes.
• Support the Sales Team with materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Track sales metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
