Job summary

UWM's Capital Markets Summer Internship offers a 12-week immersive program in Pontiac, MI, with about 200 interns and exposure to senior leaders. You will gain hands-on experience across Trading, Pricing, Pooling & Delivery, Lock Desk, and Warehouse, working on real projects rather than errands.

The program emphasizes collaboration, networking, and a running-start mindset, with on-site work and structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2027 or 2028 (current junior/senior status).
• Willingness to learn and be coached in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to daily trading and hedging processes via access to Bloomberg.
• Analyze trade performance and create reports for senior leadership.
• Support trading, pricing, pooling & delivery, lock desk and warehouse activities with ad-hoc projects.
