Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time retail associate at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will provide customer‑centric service, suggest outfits, and engage shoppers with Levi's omni‑experience and the Red Tab Loyalty program.

You will handle cash, assist with shipments and floor sets, and ensure adherence to store policies while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

• Handle cash and merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment per store policy.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies and directives from store management.

Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer’s needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, following directives of store management.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $15.15‑$25.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
